Our story
Built in a university library, at 2am, by people who were drowning.
We were surrounded by lecture slides, textbooks and messy notes, trying to prepare for finals, and we realised we were spending more time organising our material than actually learning it.
What we wanted was something that could turn the chaos into structure, quiz us on it, and explain the parts that hadn't landed. So we wrote a script to generate quizzes from our own notes, and it grew from there.
We don't build with AI because it's fashionable. We build tools around the two study methods that are actually proven to work: active recall and spaced repetition.

Do I have to organise anything before I start?+-
No. Upload a file and a study space is created for you, named after the file. You can rename it later or add more material to it whenever you like.
What file types work?+-
PDFs, PowerPoint decks and Word documents cover most of what students upload. You can also paste a YouTube link, or record a lecture directly in the app.
Can I record my in person lectures?+-
Yes. Press record when class starts and we transcribe it, then turn it into organised notes, flashcards and practice questions. You can type your own shorthand while it runs, and those lines are pinned to where you were in the lecture.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?+-
